Game changer!

As a single mom and small business owner I dont get nearly as much sleep as I need. When I lay down to go to sleep my mind is spinning with everything that still needs to be done. But when I put this app on, I am able to reach such a peaceful state that I drift off within minutes! And awake feeling so much more refreshed and ready to take on the next day. So thankful I stumbled across this! Love it!
