After trying other versions in the past,
I stumbled upon Banzai Labs and LOVE
the app! You can adjust the volume of
the brainwaves against the background
sound and there are many choices
among both categories. And it works!
Love the Alpha waves. Listening to the
app is like "candy" after a stressful day
at work, or just upon waking in the a.m.
Highly recommend and will likely
